How orders work
After checkout succeeds, the order is created as Paid. You buy from RMT.GG as merchant of record. The platform holds the payment until the order completes, is refunded, or a dispute is resolved. Buyers and sellers share an order page and chat thread.
Buyer protection
Protection stays active until delivery rules are met, you confirm receipt, or the auto-confirm deadline passes. Seller earnings are not credited until the order reaches Completed.

- What it means
- The buyer pays on RMT.GG (wallet, card, PayPal, or crypto). Checkout success creates the order as Paid. RMT.GG is merchant of record and holds the funds.
- Wallet impact
- Wallet checkout debits the buyer balance immediately. Other methods settle to the platform first. The seller share is not transferred yet.
Checkout payment creates Paid. Seller delivers, buyer confirms (or auto-confirm), then the seller wallet is credited on Completed.

How delivery works
Each listing uses one or more delivery methods from the catalog. They decide what the buyer must provide, and whether delivery is automatic or seller-driven.
- Instant: After payment, prepared unique units (keys, codes, accounts) are assigned and the order moves to Delivered automatically. The buyer reveals the secrets on the order page before confirming.
- Manual: The seller fulfills after payment (handoff, account transfer, custom steps), may attach inventory for complex stock, then marks the order Delivered. Optional delivery evidence can be attached.
- Buyer input: The buyer fills required fields at checkout (character name, realm, target email, and similar). The seller uses those details to fulfill, then marks Delivered.
- Coordinated: Buyer and seller schedule timing (boosts, sessions, meetups). For session bookings, the seller marks Delivered after the scheduled start. The order still follows Paid to Delivered to Completed.
Stock modes
Complex listings use unique stock rows (licenses, keys). Quantity listings use a simple count. Instant auto-delivery only applies when every line is Instant with complex units fully assigned.
Delivery guarantee
Sellers can set a guaranteed delivery window per method. At checkout, that deadline is saved on the order. If the order stays Paid and undelivered past the deadline, the buyer can request a full refund through the delivery-guarantee path.
Still waiting?
Check the countdown on the order page. Once the seller marks Delivered (or Instant auto-delivery runs), the guarantee path no longer applies; use confirm, chat, or a dispute instead.
Confirmation
Only confirm when you have received everything as described. Confirmation closes the order and starts seller payout.
- Buyer confirm: On Delivered orders, confirm receipt on the order page. Instant auto-delivery orders require revealing items first.
- Auto-confirm: If you take no action for 3 days after delivery and no dispute is open, the platform completes the order automatically.
- Open disputes pause auto-confirm until the case is cancelled or resolved.
Money and wallets
Wallet timing depends on how you paid and how the order ends.
- Checkout: Wallet payments debit the buyer immediately. Card, PayPal, and crypto payments settle to the platform first; the seller share is not transferred at checkout.
- Completed: The seller wallet is credited with the order payout (sale total minus platform fee and any partial refunds). The platform fee is recorded at the same time.
- Refunded: The buyer is credited to wallet or refunded to the original payment method, depending on the refund category and any destination choice on the order.
- Some refund types (for example delivery guarantee and dispute refunds) let the buyer choose wallet or original payment. Other types credit the wallet directly. Crypto checkouts always refund to wallet.
No payout before Completed
Sellers cannot withdraw an order's earnings until that order is Completed and the payout has settled. Refunds after a rare post-payout case can claw back the seller wallet credit.
Disputes and refunds
If something is wrong after delivery, try the order chat first. A dispute forks the flow from Delivered and pauses auto-confirm.
- Open: Only the buyer can open a dispute, and only while the order is Delivered (no pending refund request, no open dispute already).
- Cancel: The buyer can cancel; the order returns to Delivered and the normal confirm window resumes.
- Resolve for seller: Staff release funds to the seller; the order becomes Completed and the seller wallet is credited.
- Resolve for buyer or seller voluntary refund: The order moves toward a full refund and ends as Refunded. Partial refunds can also reduce totals without changing status while the order is still open.
